Lost Shipment

There are a number of possible reasons why your package has not yet arrived to its destination. View our list below and determine which one mostly likely fits your scenario. If you feel that your package still might be lost, please call us at 1.877.485.7935 or email us at CustomerCare@PalletWeasel.com with your details.

  • Make sure that you've allotted enough time for your package to arrive. For example, UPS Ground can take upwards of 7 days depending on your location.
  • If you were provided with a UPS tracking number, you can visit UPS.com and check the status of your parcel. Simply copy and paste your tracking number into the tracking box provided on the UPS website and view the current status. You may also login to the Order History section of our website and track your package from there.
  • Your UPS package cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. UPS Ground packages are delivered anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Make sure that UPS did not leave a notice to let you know that a package delivery was attempted. If you found a UPS notice, it will contain information to help you complete the delivery or pickup.
  • UPS makes up to three additional delivery attempts, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
